Although I want quick ways to lose weight and I am sick and tired of people saying that, "now that you are older, your metabolism is slowed down." I have come to the conclusion that, no matter what, I have to exercise to lose weight, there is no fastest way to lose weight, and there are not quick ways to lose weight.
Right now, I am loving The Ultimate Diet Log. This log is really helping me with noticing my habits and how much I eat. Wow, I eat a lot, lol.
Also, I am exercising everyday. I where a step counter. Well, actually, my cell phone, which is a walkman, has a step counter on it. It records my steps, how many miles I have walked, and how many calories I have burned.
Two other things I am doing is, I am doing the carbohydrates addicts diet, and I am using the 3 hour diet plan when you eat every three hours.
