It is very common for people to be concerned about their weight. Many people are constantly dieting. Have you ever thought about changing your mind about dieting.
It is my belief that we, as humans, have certain addictions whether it be food, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, sex, shopping, or drama. It is also my belief that the reason we are addicted is because of a combination of habits that have been ingrained in us for various amounts of time and the belief that if we have our addiction we will feel better even though many times we do not.
So, what I am suggesting here is, lets take a look at our habits and the belief that we will feel better if we turn to them.
