Destress Yourself and learn ways to Weight Less is the purpose of this blog. What does it mean to Destress Yourself? It means to evolve your thoughts, feelings, and actions from stressful habits to successful ones.
One stressful habit that people who can't loose weight have is a racing mind. What do I mean by that? Well, when we have a habit of compulsive eating one thing that goes through our mind before we eat is all the things we may eat. This is how it goes, we start to think about food, then we start to think about what kind of food we can eat, and then our mind is racing about food until we eat.
Try and see if you can notice, when you start to think about the food you can eat and when you are going to eat, how your mind is racing. This is a stressful habit and to make it a successful habit we must first notice our racing mind. Second, try to slow that mind down, and third see if you can change your mind. Change your mind from the obsession of food to something else. Maybe we can have a conversation in our head that will get us to stop thinking so much about food.
Sounds simple doesn't it? Well, we do not spend a lot of time paying attention to what we think because our minds are on autopilot, thinking about all the things we have to do or about all the things that have happened to us.

Destress and Weight Less
Let's talk about Destressing our thoughts. My question is, do you believe that you have to be thin to be successful? I am in Southern California a lot and it is a common belief among men and women that you must be thin to be successful.
At first you may say, "I don't believe that." But then, ask yourself, do "I" believe "I" have to be thin to be successful? Interesting isn't it? Many people that I speak to that have stress over their weight issues really do believe, deep down inside, that you have to be thin to be successful.
Guess what? It is not true. You do not have to be thin or beautiful to be successful. Look at the many successful people just in your industry and most are not thin or beautiful.
It is just a thought that I bring up because many people who are over weight and want to loose weight fast have an illusion that unless they do they will not be successful.
It is a myth. Think about that one for a while and I guarantee it will Destress your thoughts. Believe me, you are successful. Look at all you have and all you have done and you will see your success.

Destress and Weight Less
It is very common for people to be concerned about their weight. Many people are constantly dieting. Have you ever thought about changing your mind about dieting.
It is my belief that we, as humans, have certain addictions whether it be food, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, sex, shopping, or drama. It is also my belief that the reason we are addicted is because of a combination of habits that have been ingrained in us for various amounts of time and the belief that if we have our addiction we will feel better even though many times we do not.
So, what I am suggesting here is, lets take a look at our habits and the belief that we will feel better if we turn to them.
